Administrative Clerk:

Mission:

The mission for the position is to manage all entry level accounting information and administrative duties. The administrative clerk will also be responsible for inbound and walk-in sales.

Outcomes:

1.       Enter all required accounting information into QuickBooks Online

2.       Accounts Receivables

Ø  Create invoices

Ø  Ensure that accounts receivable is collected promptly

3.       Accounts Payables

Ø  Post vendor invoices

Ø  Ensure that accounts payable is paid in a timely manner

4.       Administer payroll using QuickBooks Online

Ø  Process payroll in a timely manner

5.       Prepare weekly Project Cost Reports

6.       Maintain filing system

7.       Maintain sufficient level of office supplies

8.       Answer all incoming calls to consistently provide a positive, cheerful and professional customer contact

9.       Assist management in their tasks including:

-          Excel spreadsheets

-          Word documents

-          Information/data search

-          Project filing

-          Operation and maintenance manuals

10.   Inbound Sales & Showroom Representative  

-          Assist call and walk-in customers with product information and provide them with quotes

11.   Manage WCB claims, Blue Cross benefits and group RSP plan
